Designed in collaboration with New York Creative Art Therapists, these online groups offer a way to prioritize your mental health and well-being from wherever you are. No prior art skills required.

  • Intro to Art Therapy

    Starts Wednesday, March 27th

    Curious where art meets mental health? This group will provide to try art therapy within a group setting and experience how art materials act as a therapeutic tool for self-expression.

  • Creatively Focused: Women with ADHD

    Starts Monday, March 25th

    10:30-11:45AM

    Designed specifically for women with ADHD, you can expect to address the challenges of living with ADHD, identify your strengths, and explore coping strategies for time management, emotional regulation, and balancing multiple roles.

  • Midlife Mosaic Group for Women

    Starts Tuesday, March 26th

    1:30-2:45PM

    Midlife Mosaic is for women ages 40-55 interested in the use of art therapy to explore emotions, reduce stress, and foster self-awareness. It is structured around various goals, including managing hormonal changes, sharing caregiving experiences, and developing strong relationships.
