Founded by Licensed and Board-Certified Art Therapist Julia Volonts, Art Therapy Lab connects people worldwide to experience how art heals. We focus on international community-based practice, interdisciplinary collaboration, and accessible art therapy programming.

Virtual Groups & Workshops
We offer online groups and collaborative workshops that create accessible opportunities to experience art in its therapeutic form. Each one emphasizes self-exploration and connection through the shared process of making art.

Art Therapy Lab International Residency
Our in-person summer residency at Studija Space in Kuldīga, Latvia, invites participants to expand their professional practice, explore eco-art therapy, and learn alongside other disciplines.

The Art of Collaboration Mentorship
A new mentorship program for art therapists, artists, and arts-in-health practitioners ready to turn ideas into collaborative projects and connect with a global community. The program meets for five sessions via Zoom.
Starts January 2026, applications open November 2025.
